Community Maker

Santosha Village is seeking a community maker for our new project SHALA.

Join us as we create a new meanings of home, practices of care, and bonds across community!

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. ASSIST AND ATTEND HOUSE WEEKLY MEETINGS

The community maker will help each house be independent. One of the way is to both monitor and assist in weekly meetings.

2. PROVIDE CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Helping with difficult decisions

3. PerFORM HELP WITH OPERATIONS

Make sure the house is operationally doing well.

Filling vacancies, cleaning, cooking, paying and rent

4. Helping HOUSE INtegrate WEllness

Helping make sure wellness is being incorporated. Day Trips, etc

4. SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT SHALA

Present weekly at one of the shelters and doing one on ones. Puting up fliers in different places

5. OTHER NEEDS REGARDING SHALA HOUSING

This is a growing project, whatever else may come up!
