Creating a more fulfilling life for ALL, especially those who find themselves in a cycle of poverty.

Today, due to poverty, lack of affordable housing, oppressive systems, demanding jobs, un livable wages and our efficiency and profit based economy, many Americans across the spectrum are feeling a sense of overwhelm, stress, disgust and dissatisfaction. They feel that the system is stacked against them or plainly rigged.

Many are rejecting the current lifestyle and housing options as either inadequate or not accessible. They want a radically different solution, which holds at its center the wellbeing of the individual and the collective.

Reasons to reside at Santosha

$600/mo Rent is all inclusive!

We believe to break the cycle of poverty and provide stability to all, 'Rent' should not only be affordable, but also include all major expenses (and any maintenance). Thus our ‘Rent’ will include Housing, Utilities, Food, Transportation, Phone, Wifi, Laundry and even Cleaning Supplies. At Santosha even if you are earning little, your money goes a long way to creating freedom

$3,000 Resident savings Account

We believe that without money in the bank, unforeseen expenses & life events create serious stress. Thus each household, that earns less than 50,000/yr will have a respectable savings & empowerment account available to them, as soon as they become residents.

an uplifting & connected environment

Keep your connection to nature. Feel the peace and joy of nature. The village will be deeply rooted in nature and the outdoors. Enjoy our farm, our outdoor spaces. Get lost and be alone or hang out in family. There will be plenty of space

Real Well Being Included

We believe that everyone should have access to emotional wellness tools, refined communications, healing modalities and the ability to follow ones interests. Therefore each village will have onsite activities dedicated to these topics included in the rent.

Become part of an uplifting Chosen Family

If you live at Santosha, it will be your chosen family. Family means people care about you and your well being. They care about how you can not just live but thrive. If someone is in trouble, the others try to help them. We will run Santosha together and for the betterment of each individual and the whole. We will commit to resolving our own issues and conflicts. Live with people, who also want to live more meaningfully and intentionally.

Live life as an example

One village is not enough to create deep change. At Santosha, you are not only living for yourself but your very act of living is helping others. Every village will help through its monthly contribution and through its residents, create another so that others may also have the foundations of a more fulfilling life.
